Making claims, and identifying core concepts of your project or idea. The substantiation phase ensures that you’ve assessed the situation correctly, determined a recommended course of action (or multiple courses) and have fully analyzed the potential gain or loss that could be sustained by each solution, including the costs associated with failing to take action.

iHealth provides project planning support, which includes identification of stakeholders, elicitation and documentation of functional and operational requirements, make-buy analysis, development of project management planning documents, budget development, and OMB Exhibit 300 business case creation.

We do this by providing project management support using Project Management Institute (PMI) standard processes for the initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing phases of the project life-cycle, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk management support. iHealth works with the client to engineer and configure sensible project management processes that are compliant with requirements yet appropriately sized for the project scale and scope.

Project Management Offices are consistently being challenged to provide additional value to their organizations. To meet business demands, projects must be completed faster and cheaper. The business wants more transparency and they look to the PMO to optimize project resources.
